Adam Smith

Adam oversees multi-hundred million real estate fund, evaluating investment opportunities for commercial, residential and retail properties in New York and other major domestic and international markets, and managing portfolio assets for a boutique asset management firm. Adam conducts comprehensive acquisition valuations, with capitalizations from $50 - $500 million, for various transaction types including trophy office buildings, multi-family residential conversions, triple net retail, distressed note and bankruptcy sales and land development. Adam performs ongoing research and analysis of sales and leasing activity for major New York asset classes to enable highly current valuations. Adam leads acquisition, bid and transaction process, including writing offers, negotiating terms, securing financing and reviewing contracts. Adam manages all aspects of portfolio assets including finance, property management, compliance, leasing, sales, construction and staffing. Adam manages renovation and construction from start to finish. Adam oversees day to day operations of the company and outside vendors.
