Adam Palmiter has lived in Southern Vermont and the Mount Snow region since he moved from Alaska in 1985 providing him with an intimate knowledge of the area. He graduated from Colgate University in the Spring of 2003 and started a web/graphic design company, Cookie Design Co. After long days in front of the computer screen working with pixels instead of people, Adam decided to give the family business a try. To his surprise, he loved it and has since successfully applied his strong work ethic and background in marketing and computer technology to the ever-changing landscape of real estate to become the #1 sales volume agent for the area every year since 2010. He enjoys collaborating with both buyers and sellers and specializes in waterfront property around Lakes Raponda and Whitingham, Luxury Homes, Trailside Condos and Townhomes, and Country Estates. Regardless of price, he treats every deal with the same professionalism, communication, and individualized touch. He currently resides in Wilmington with his wife, Ashley, children, Harper and Graham, and doodles, Willow, and Oliver, and stays busy outside of work as an avid golfer, skier, swimmer, and fitness junkie. He is actively involved in charitable work including the High Fives Foundation helping athletes with spinal cord injuries and through his own charity the Wilmington Flood Fund which raiser over $500,000 to support local businesses devastated by Hurricane Irene. Thanks to his community involvement he won the 2013 Chamber of Commerce Person of the Year Award, the 2016 Realtor of the Year Award, and is the 2016-2017 Board President for the Southern VT Board of Realtors. Adam is a member of the local, state, and National Association of Realtors.”
