Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR

Adam Palmer has over 20 years of industry experience and joined CBRE from LQ Commercial where he served as Principal and Managing Director. While in his role, he co-led the firm’s expansion across Florida. Throughout his career, Palmer has completed nearly 1,000 transactions, encompassing both sales and leasing across almost all industry sectors. His notable transactions include a record-breaking $92.5 million industrial sale in Fort Myers and one of the largest build-to-suit industrial leases in Tampa’s history. Palmer holds both the CCIM and SIOR designations, a rare distinction held by fewer than 1% of industry professionals. He is also serves as the elected 2026 Global President of the CCIM Institute, where he plays a central role in shaping the future of the commercial real estate industry on a domestic and international level. Adam’s expertise is widely recognized and has been on display while contributing to various national media outlets, as an expert witness in the courts, and as a frequent speaker for various industry events and universities.
