ABOUT

Adam Madison has over nine years experience in retail leasing and developments in the Arizona market. Over the years he has established national and local Landlord relationships with companies such as Vestar Development Company, Westwood Financial Corporation, Excess Space, Ryan Companies, and many more. He maintains exclusive Tenant relationships for companies including Midas, Big O Tires, Smash Burger, Jimmy John’s and Leslie’s Pool Supplies. He is currently leasing over 600 thousand square feet of shopping centers within his portfolio in the Arizona market and is actively pursuing sites for his Tenant relationships. Adam began his career in retail leasing after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona. Upon graduation, he moved to Phoenix to work for Vestar Development., where he was involved with over 18 different projects across the Southwest. Madison then joined Cowen Commercial, LLC as a leasing sales associate, where he grew his portfolio of business and further developed relationships with new tenants and landlords. When Cowen Commercial was acquired by Cushman and Wakefield, Inc., Madison transitioned to Cushman as a Senior Associate on their retail team.
