He is a proven dealmaker, who has been involved in hundreds of transactions and is widely regarded as a top investment sales broker in New York City. Adam is an expert navigator of complex real estate transactions involving rent stabilization, non-conforming properties, and tax abatements. He has also helped numerous clients execute successful 1031 exchanges into other multifamily buildings, DSTs, and NNN properties. Before joining IPRG, Adam facilitated global sales surrounding the Olympic Games and has lived in many countries throughout the world, including China and Spain. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin.
