Adam Kreisel

Adam Kreisel is actively involved in the sourcing and closing of new acquisitions as well as growing and maintaining the firm’s capital market relationships. Since 2005, Mr. Kreisel has served as Managing Director of Meridian Hill Advisors, LLC, a boutique real estate investment and advisory firm based in Washington, DC. At Meridian, Mr. Kreisel focused on all aspects of the purchase and sale of mission critical government assets throughout the country, as well on structuring public-private development entities. Mr. Kreisel has structured GSA investments valued at more than $150 million. He has also established a $200 million private equity fund for the District of Columbia to acquire and develop a diversified real estate portfolio and advised a major urban school district to optimize its real estate portfolio. From 2001-2004, Mr. Kreisel was a founding partner and Supervising Principal of Juniper Capital Group, a broker dealer based in Washington, DC. At Juniper, focused on the creation of a private equity fund of funds that invests in a diversified portfolio of venture capital and leveraged buyout funds. In addition, Mr. Kreisel supervised a team of placement agents that raised more than $500 million for a variety of third party private equity and hedge fund clients. Mr. Kreisel worked in the White House as assistant to the Chief of Staff. He also served as Deputy Finance Director of the Gore 2000 campaign.
