Adam Joffe

As an Associate on the Luxury & Lifestyle Investments Team, Adam Joffe is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring ground-up development deals. Adam leverages his extensive network to identify accretive off-market opportunities for Driftwood Capital. He works closely with the capital markets and construction management teams to ensure alignment between hotel programming, financing, and development costs. Additionally, Adam acts as a liaison between the Technology Team and Business Teams to ensure transparency, efficient goal setting, and alignment between technology efforts and practical business operations. Lastly, he works to project manage business and tech operations tasks to ensure quality, timely delivery. Adam previously worked as the COO of an outsourced financial services startup, where he led the company to be acquired in 2019. Before that, he worked as a fixed income and structured products specialist for Bloomberg, L.P. Adam graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison with a B.S. in Economics and Finance and from Cornell University, Nolan school of Hotel Administration, with a master’s in hospitality real estate. Born and raised in NYC, Adam is fluent in English, conversational in Hebrew and Spanish, and a beginner in Japanese. Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, trying new restaurants, and listening to his record collection.
