Adam Haydon
Executive Vice President
Adam is an Executive Vice President for Colliers Capital Markets and is a part of the Colliers' Multifamily team. He is responsible for representing owners in the sale and financing of multi-housing transactions in secondary and tertiary markets throughout Minnesota and the Upper Midwest, including the Dakotas, Montana, Iowa, and Nebraska. Prior to joining Colliers, Adam was a Senior Director with JLL's Midwest Multi-housing team. Adam’s experience includes representing both institutional and private capital investors, with transactions including large-scale portfolios, new development, affordable housing, and value-add multi-housing investment sales. Together with Mox Gunderson, Dan Linnell, and Devon Dvorak, the team has collectively sold over $3.0B of multi-housing assets throughout the Midwest since 2019.
