Adam Hardy

Adam Hardy, CCIM is a Vice President with Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group. He specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate. His primary market areas include the Roanoke Valley, New River Valley, I-81 Corridor and Lynchburg. Before joining Poe & Cronk, Adam was a sales and leasing agent with a commercial real estate firm in Lynchburg. Adam is a graduate of Radford University where he majored in Finance. Adam has been awarded the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. The designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate level curriculum and attainment of a high level of transactional experience and success. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, only about 6% have currently achieved the CCIM designation. Adam is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
