'm Adam Hall, a Manning, SC native with a lifelong appreciation for the beauty, hospitality, and unique character of the Lowcountry. After earning my bachelor’s degree in English from the University of South Carolina, I channeled that same hospitality into a decades-long career in the restaurant industry. At 23, I opened Groucho’s Deli of Pawleys Island, an iconic South Carolina institution, where I gained hands-on expertise in business operations, customer service, and team leadership. For the past 15 years, I’ve built on that foundation as a multi-unit franchisee, developing a strong network of relationships across the Grand Strand and beyond. Today, as part of Tradd Commercial, I leverage those connections and my deep local knowledge to guide clients through commercial real estate opportunities with clarity, trust, and dedication. Outside of work, you’ll often find me with my family, enjoying the outdoors, or cheering on the Gamecocks.
