Adam Halem

Currently serves as Managing Director for Basis Industrial and brings 9+ years of data analysis and software project management to the position. He is currently involved in self-storage acquisitions, project underwriting and sourcing models. Adam is from the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and earned a B.C. in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey school of Business and a M.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
