The team offers an array of core services including: Retail disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 Exchange transactions, portfolio analysis, valuation analysis, market and demographic evaluation, leasing and tenant representation. Adam has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience as an Investment Sales advisor with over $1.00 Billion in transaction volume comprised of more than 2 Million square feet. He has purchased and sold commercial property for pension fund advisors, RElTs, developers, private high net worth, 1031 exchange and foreign investors. Prior to joining Beta Agency in 2022 where he led the investment sales team, Adam was a Director with JLL, assisting clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail investments throughout the country. Prior to JLL, he was a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap where he specialized in the acquisition & disposition of single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties throughout the U.S.
