Adam Fike

Adam is a passionate Austin native, raised in a real estate family. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, he joined the San Diego-based investment firm, Sperry Van Ness for eight successful years before returning to Austin in 2010. Back in his home city, he joined Southwest Strategies Group and most recently, Dovetail. Adam has an accomplished background in broker management, team building, analyzing, and marketing, as well as selling and leasing commercial properties. He takes great pride in his loyal client relationships and comprehensive array of service offerings. Specializing in owner-user and investment real estate with a focus on 1031 exchanges, Adam has been involved in countless transactions from sales of anchored retail centers to user leases and sales. He and his wonderful wife Katie have two young children, Aila and Zane. Adam loves to spend his free time tending to his property, cooking for friends and family, playing a number of instruments, and exploring Austin with his family. Adam's main focus is developing a winning team of agents and executing on strategies to increase market share. He has a successful background of team building, analyzing, marketing, leasing and selling commercial properties and is able to offer an all-encompassing service to his agents and his clients. Adam has been involved in countless transactions varying from the sale of anchored retail centers to numerous user transactions, lease and sale.
