Adam Feldman

Adam is the Vice President of Operations and Assistant General Counsel. He is involved in the day-to-day oversight over all legal affairs, finance and accounting activities, development projects, tenant relations, facilities management and coordination with ownership. Prior to joining Karbank, Adam was the Chief Operating Officer at MD Management, where he was responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, direct oversight over all corporate, financial and legal affairs and reporting to owners, investors and lenders for all managed properties and development projects. Adam has also worked as a private attorney in the areas of commercial real estate, business and banking transactions and corporate law and as in-house counsel at the Sprint World Headquarters for real estate transactions vital to Sprint’s telecommunications network.
