I'm Adam Drwiega, a licensed REALTOR® with eXp Realty serving Melbourne, Palm Bay, and all of Brevard County on Florida's Space Coast. I grew up in New Smyrna Beach, about an hour north in Volusia County, and moved down to Brevard to be closer to my mom and three younger sisters. I picked this county on purpose. A large share of my business is buyers moving here from out of state, including plenty who buy sight unseen.
