From 2002-2007 Adam worked at an urban development company in Beverly Hills, specializing in multi-family acquisitions and construction. In 2008 he founded a multi-family syndication investment company, and has since raised over $50 million of capital for apartment acquisitions, totaling over 250 units and over $120 million in market value. Adam started a property management company in 2018, which oversees a vast portfolio of apartment and condominium buildings, commercial properties, and single-family residences. He also has extensive experience in single-family residential design/build projects, including several homes in West Hollywood, Hancock Park, and Windsor Square. Adam is a licensed California real estate broker. He lives in Windsor Square with his wife Melissa, boy-girl twins, and his best friend, a Labradoodle named Frankie. Adam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also played on the baseball team.
