Having joined Green & Partners in 2005 and progressed to Partner, Adam is known for creating and delivering asset management strategies for High Street and Shopping Centre real estate assets. Through hands-on proactive advice, knowledge built through market-leading experience and creating strong relationships, Adam has been able to maintain and enhance asset values and satisfy client requirements throughout the varying cycles of the retail market. His greatest satisfaction comes from securing repeat business from landlords due to delivery of client aims, securing new work and building new relationships with landlords thanks to our track record. As a result of his experience he currently provides advice to a large variety of clients across the UK including British Land, CBRE Investment Management, Hammerson, Legal & General and M&G Real Estate as well as a number of private investors.
