In addition to providing executive-level leadership and guidance related to human resources policy, her responsibilities encompass talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance. Ada has nearly three decades of experience in human resource management, and holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Hong Kong Baptist University. She notably was awarded “Best HR Leader” in Hong Kong by Key Media HR Awards in 2009 and 2010.
