Abe Pacetti

Abe is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and structuring profitable retail development opportunities throughout Texas. Since joining Regency in 1997, Abe has held several managerial roles in property management, leasing, and investments. Before assuming his current role, he served as Senior Manager of Investments, overseeing profitable retail development opportunities in southeast Texas. During his 16-year commercial real estate career, Abe has led or assisted with the development and redevelopment of more than 13 retail projects, totaling 1,931,268 square feet. Abe earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida with a dual emphasis on finance and real estate. He is a licensed real estate salesman and a CCIM candidate.
