Abe Khan

Abe Khan is Senior Vice President of Retail Investment Sales at SCOPE and one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s most experienced advisors in the retail investment space. With nearly 20 years of deal-making experience and more than $500 million in closed transactions, he brings institutional-level execution with a boutique, client-first approach. Abe’s career began in landlord representation and leasing strategy, giving him a competitive advantage in underwriting and value creation for sale assignments. His ability to analyze tenancy, reposition rent rolls, and anticipate buyer profiles allows him to consistently outperform on pricing and certainty of execution. He began his career at a regional full service advisory office, where he focused on retail investment sales, multifamily assets, and self-storage, while building relationships with both private owners and national investment groups. Over the course of his career, Abe has represented a spectrum of clients—from single-asset owners and shopping center operators to institutional ownership and REITs, including but not limited to: VEREIT National Retail Properties (NNN) ShopCore Brixmor Kroenke PREIT Acadia Realty Trust Global Net Lease His track record and production have earned him multiple sales achievement awards and recognition as a CoStar Power Broker. Abe is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and regularly attends regional events, Mid-Atlantic conferences, and the annual ICSC Las Vegas convention. Beyond real estate, Abe is committed to community engagement, philanthropy, and local fundraising initiatives. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman, passionate hunter, and enjoys time in nature with his family.
