Abby Walters, born and raised in Strasburg, discovered her passion for real estate early in her career. She earned her Virginia Real Estate license at age 24 and has been helping clients buy and sell homes across the Shenandoah Valley ever since. A consistent top producer, Abby has earned numerous accolades throughout her career—including Northern Virginia Daily’s “Best REALTOR® in Shenandoah County” for 2014–2017, 2019–2022, and now again in 2025. She was also named 2018 Massanutten Association of REALTORS® Salesperson of the Year and proudly holds the #1 sales position in Shenandoah County. In 2017, Abby began building her team—bringing on her husband, Jamie, as a licensed REALTOR®, and expanding in 2019 with a Transaction Coordinator and a Showing Agent. Her dedication and leadership allowed her business to thrive, even during the uncertainty of 2020. In 2021, Abby launched her own brokerage—Preslee Real Estate—named after her and Jamie’s middle names, Preston and Lee.
