Abby Trimborn
Abby was born in Canton, Ohio, and grew up in various states throughout the country, including Ohio, Michigan, California, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. She earned her B.S. from Ohio State University in 2012, with honors. In 2014, she obtained her Master of Science in Human Resource Development, magna cum laude, from Villanova University. She started a property management company in Philadelphia near Temple University that grew to manage and lease over $100 million worth of real estate. In 2016, Abby decided to leave the hectic world of student housing to focus on sales, investment, and development. She created Philly Property Group which has sold over 700+ properties since 2016 and is partners with the #2 mega team in Pennsylvania. They have been recognized as a top industry leader, rising star, and featured on a magazine cover. Philly Property Group services the Greater Philadelphia Metro and works with buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and renters. They are fluent in Arabic, Russian, Albanian, Spanish, and Greek. Abby currently lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband, daughter, and pup. In her free time, she enjoys tinkering with house projects (doing much of the handywork herself!), making homemade cards, and traveling the nation with her family.
