Abbi Hershey
It’s an honor to serve as the Executive Director of RSVP of Central Oklahoma, a legacy nonprofit that has uplifted this community for more than 50 years. In the nearly three years I’ve called Oklahoma home, I’ve been deeply moved by the warmth, generosity, and spirit of service that define this place. It’s what makes leading RSVP such a privilege. My background in nonprofit development and community engagement has taught me that lasting impact happens through relationships—when people come together with a shared purpose and a willingness to serve. As a proud Army veteran, I carry with me a deep belief in service, leadership, and teamwork, and I see those same values reflected every day in our volunteers and partners. Together, we’re building something extraordinary: a community where older adults are not only valued but celebrated for the difference they continue to make. I’m grateful to be part of that story.
