Meet the head of the residential division of Alpha Equity! Born in Mombasa, Kenya, Abbas came to the United States when he was 17 years old. He first settled in North Carolina Greensboro & received a degree in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro before his 21st birthday while maintaining a full time job (overachiever)! Upon moving to Orlando, Abbas joined T-Mobile & within 22 months Abbas collected sales trophies & accolades for the telecom giant. Abbas was flown to Vegas to be recognized by John Legere (T-Mobile’s CEO) along with 13 others who formed an elite top 1% of sales associates in the county. By 23, Abbas realized that renting = paying someone else’s mortgage. He decided to buy a home to build equity & write off interest and taxes. Mac represented him in the purchase of his first home, & Abbas quickly realized selling homes & condos would be even more fulfilling than selling phones & accessories! He discussed his plan with his soon to be business partner and quickly became licensed. Within 3 years, he proved through his hustle & drive along with a very happy client base that he was ready to take over the residential division for Alpha Equity.
