Aaron Wu

Aaron Wu is the Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions at DLC Management, where he leads the company’s acquisition strategy and execution across its national portfolio of open-air shopping centers. Since joining DLC in 2021, Aaron has played a pivotal role in driving the firm’s ambitious growth initiatives, including closing significant off-market transactions and securing over $130 million in acquisitions under agreement within his first year. With a proven track record in retail real estate, Aaron brings deep expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and executing complex investment opportunities. Prior to joining DLC, he served as Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions at AmCap Incorporated, where he oversaw all aspects of the investment process and successfully expanded the firm’s portfolio through strategic acquisitions. Aaron received his BSFS in International Economics from Georgetown University, his CM in Management from Harvard University, and his MBA from The University of Chicago.
