Aaron Torres

Aaron is a Central Florida native who brings over 17 years of public sector experience, having served as a Project Manager and Department Manager for Osceola County. During his time with the County, he managed hundreds of millions of dollars in transportation design and construction projects, led capital improvement programs, and oversaw departmental budgets, maintenance crews, and contractors. He also contributed to long-range infrastructure planning as a member of MetroPlan Orlando’s Technical Advisory Committee, helping to shape the 2050 Regional Metropolitan Transportation Plan with a focus on freight mobility, last mile delivery, and regional growth. Aaron brings a strong construction and infrastructure background that translates directly to the industrial sector. He is highly data-driven and applies his project management expertise, operational insight, and planning experience to help clients identify and evaluate properties and opportunities that support their business goals.
