Aaron Petree

Aaron joined SRA in 2021 bringing with him 17 years of experience in commercial real estate including Landlord & Tenant representation, leasing, property management, investment analysis, acquisitions & dispositions, and development, with a focus on the retail, restaurant and service sectors. Aaron’s formal education includes a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Middle Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate development from the University of Memphis, where he then served as an adjunct real estate professor from 2006-2020. Aaron has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2010 and was voted Memphis Business Journal Top Forty Under Forty in 2014. Additionally, Aaron has completed ground-up developments of his own including multifamily apartments, townhomes, and single-family spec homes, and has extensive experience in rehabbing/flipping and rental homes. Aaron and his wife Julia, an avid equestrian, live in Loxahatchee, FL.
