Aaron McDermott is the founder and President of Latitude Commercial. Latitude Commercial is a full-service Commercial Real Estate brokerage firm specializing in Northern Indiana and the South Suburbs of Chicago. Specifically Aaron represents property owners, developers and tenants providing services including corporate relocation, site search analysis, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and real estate consulting services. Aaron was selected to the Class of 2015, Top 20 Under 40 by the Northwest Indiana Times and BusINess magazine. During 2015, Latitude Commercial was also selected as the Best Commercial Real Estate Company by Northwest Indiana Business Quarterly Magazine. Among the companies he has worked with include Buffalo Wild Wings, Kiddie Academy, Charter Fitness, Jimmy Johns, Meijer, Dunkin’ Donuts, Red Robin, Kite Realty Group, Inland Investment, Hilton Hotels, PODS of Chicago, LLC, Olthof Homes, Golden Corral, Northwestern University, Real America Development, Beal Bank (REO’s), Centier Bank (REO’s), Harris Bank (REO’s), Hamni Bank (REO’s), People’s Bank and many other prominent area developers and clients. Prior to forming Latitude Commercial Aaron was asked to help spearhead the new Northwest Indiana office for the National Brokerage firm, NAI Hiffman. Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Aaron helped form a Commercial Real Estate Group in his second year in business. While there, he gained a broad range of experience in dealing with every product type including office, retail, investment sales, vacant land, hospitality, and industrial. Earning enough business and taking the necessary coursework to earn his CCIM Designation in only his second full year in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
