Aaron Kuhl

Aaron Kuhl is a native Phoenician with strong community ties and a positive track record with both institutional leasing assignments and syndicated value add redevelopments. Early in his career, mentors from DMB and Marriott were instrumental in transferring industry knowledge and sharing the intangibles of doing business in Phoenix. Specializing in medical real estate was an organic progression of Kuhl’s career. In 2006, Aaron saw an under representation of Tenants and had a passion for helping health care providers (as many clients were initially family and friends). Medical Office Brokers quickly became endorsed by the various medical and dental societies as their preferred vendor. Since then, MOB has worked with literally every major medical broker, developer and landlord in the Phoenix market. MOB has grown into a tight knit team that values its relationships and leads positive outcomes for its clients. When not attending soccer games or carpool duty, most free weekends are spent visiting college kids in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Tucson. Since COVID, exploring southern Baja near Cabo has been top choice for school breaks.
