Aaron Karasik

Aaron co-founded Perimeter Commercial in 2014 and oversees the company’s business development and the day to day brokerage. Aaron is an investment sales specialist with a specialty in office and medical office property, but brings a comprehensive understanding of real estate to the table. He began his career managing office buildings, and has represented multiple financial institutions including the FDIC in selling dozens of properties. He has represented countless Tenants and Landlords in leasing transactions in metro Atlanta and other cities across North America. Aaron resides in Roswell with his wife and two kids (and two dogs).
