Aaron Kaplan started out as an office leasing broker in the early 2000’s with Marc Realty. After executing numerous successful transactions in office leasing, he branched out to start his own firm. He dreamed of creating a positive culture, one that cherishes both the 1,000 sq ft deal and the 100,000 sq ft deal alike. The focus centered on investment sales, development management and sales, as well as the creative repurposing of properties. In 2019, he led his firm to win the Best of Skokie Awards in the category of Commercial Real Estate Agency. Aaron is a third-generation Chicagoan and is raising a beautiful family in West Rogers Park. He is deeply committed to community building and giving back.
