Aaron Heath

Aaron Heath is responsible for real estate sales, leasing, project formation, ground acquisition, and the ongoing promotion of the firm’s full service delivery platform. Aaron works closely with Equity and his clients on retail developments and offers clients a variety of services including property acquisition, leasing, new development, and disposition of retail real estate. Aaron also assists clients with site selection and lease negotiations for single store or multi-store locations for chain or franchised concepts. Aaron has worked in commercial real estate for over 17 years and has been recognized multiple times as a top producer for Equity as well as the Central Ohio market. He has extensive experience in Tenant and Landlord representation and has serviced many national clients. He is active in a variety of professional, business, community and social organizations and is a graduate of Bowling Green University.
