Aaron Gray focuses on providing transaction services primarily to office tenants in the market as well as cross selling JLL’s global platform to the Florida marketplace. Aaron focuses primarily on representing tenants to develop strategy and generate leverage within the market in order drive maximum concessions for the clients he represents. Aaron brings considerable local market knowledge, networking strength and creativity to JLL’s local brokerage team. Aaron has extensive experience working with Healthcare and Technology institutions, with a concentration on Office Leasing. In recognizing a need for the growing tech community in Downtown Orlando to cluster, Aaron was responsible for re-purposing the vacant Church Street Exchange purely for the tech community’s growth. His efforts were successful and resulted in the leasing of 68,000 square feet in less than 11 months and sale of the project on behalf of the owners in early 2018.
