Aaron specializes in acquisition, disposition and leasing in the Greater Toronto Area market.
Aaron has been active in brokerage since 2017 and started his career at a boutique industrial real estate firm called LIDD Toronto Brokerage. At LIDD, Aaron worked alongside industry leaders in both industrial real estate and supply chain consulting where he was able to develop and enhance a unique skillset helping companies align facility needs with supply chain infrastructure to better meet client objectives. Aaron works alongside Jesse Micak at Cushman & Wakefield with a specific focus on real estate strategy for organizations in the food and beverage industry. Together, they service their clients by providing effective real estate solutions to maximize opportunity and mitigate risk. Aaron has been with the Cushman & Wakefield industrial services team since 2021.
