A.J. Williams, CCIM joined Partners in 2017 specializing in the industrial and land sectors of the Commercial Real Estate Market. He is native to the Houston area, growing up in Sugar Land and later attending Texas A&M University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The Mays Business School, Class of 2015. During his time at Partners, A.J. has successfully established strong relationships with clients such as IDV Development Services, Majestic Synthetic Oil Co., Adkisson Development, Utility Trailer Sales SE Texas, Inc., and SUNRGY Solar Distribution. A.J. has extensive closed deal experience associated with all types of real estate transactions including tenant and buyer representation, property dispositions, and build-to-suit/design build representation. A.J.’s top principles include adding the most value and creating substantial leverage for his clients, sustaining long-term relationships, and placing his client’s needs and interests above all.
