A.J. Smith

A.J. Smith began his career working in the real estate industry as a real estate appraiser and now has twelve (12) years' of residential and commercial real estate appraisal experience. A.J. joined Coldwell Banker Commercial McLain Real Estate in July 2006 as a Real Estate Advisor, focusing primarily on Commercial retail sites, hospitality and multi - family with a concentration on senior housing. A.J. has also been involved in other real estate transactions involving office, retail, and warehouse properties. A.J. holds his Alabama real estate license and his state certification for real appraisal. A.J. has also completed all of the courses with the CCIM Institute and is pursuing his designation. A.J. attended Auburn University with a concentration in Finance and a minor in International Politics. A.J. continues to expand his education in commercial investment sales and management, and he provides new energetic approaches to services in investment sales, leasing, and business development while remaining active in local, state and national legislative matters affecting real estate.
