A.J. Dorn

A.J. Dorn joined Newmark in 2015 and currently serves as Managing Director with the firm’s West Los Angeles tenant advisory services team. Led by Managing Directors Steve Kolsky and Greg Frankovich, the Century City-based team represents a wide range of well-known media, technology and entertainment-related clients. Since joining Newmark in 2015, he has helped negotiate over $250 million in sale and lease transactions totaling more than 1 million square feet. A.J. focuses on business development and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients, going above and beyond to provide each with value and personalized service. His team helps executives analyze their space needs and develop creative strategies to solve for those needs. Their vast market knowledge and local expertise helps clients save time and money on their real estate. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, A.J. comes from a family with a substantial real estate background. He grew up learning about real estate from his family and assisting them with ground-up development and leasing within various family projects.
