A. David Zoller serves as Executive Vice President of Retail Brokerage with Weitzman’s Dallas–Fort Worth office, where he focuses on investment sales and leasing across retail, land, office, and select mixed-use assets. Zoller has been with Weitzman since 2005 and is recognized as a consistent statewide top producer, ranking No. 3 in Texas in 2022 based on transaction performance. His practice emphasizes leasing-centric investment sales, advising owners and investors on asset positioning, value creation, and disposition strategy while also supporting select tenant representation assignments, Over the course of his career at Weitzman, Zoller has completed a broad range of transactions throughout the DFW metroplex and has been repeatedly recognized by D CEO Magazine and CoStar as a Power Broker, reflecting his sustained deal volume and market leadership. His background combines brokerage execution with operational and business development experience, enabling him to approach transactions with a strong focus on underwriting, leasing risk, and long-term asset performance. Prior to joining Weitzman, Zoller served as Sales Manager with Blue Skies Over Texas, L.P., a residential sales channel for Green Mountain Energy. He also held senior operational roles with Power Brokers Energy Consultants, where he served as Vice President of Operations, and with Medical City Dallas, where he worked in business development, sales, and marketing. This cross-sector experience informs his advisory approach to owners and investors evaluating retail and land opportunities in competitive DFW submarkets.
