CenterLinks is a 41 acre mixed use industrial commercial park located along Oriole Road, 1,000 feet north of Alico Road and 0.7 mile west of the I-75/ Alico Road interchange. The project will be developed in phases and will consist of nine (9), dock high buildings ranging in size from 37,800 SF to 63,000 SF. Buildings 7 (37,800 SF) will be available in the 3rd Quarter of 2023, Building 8 (50,400 SF) will be available in the 3rd Quarter of 2023 and Building 9 (63,000 SF) will be built in the 4th Quarter of 2023. The development will benefit from a total of 822 parking spaces at build-out.
