Two pads available for QSRs most of the work has been done to get ready for a c-store development with two out-pads set up for quick food services. There is a signal light planned for this intersection with the opening of the new AMAZON distribution center across the street. There is also a new Pitt Stop Car wash on the opposite corner contact agent for details (calibrate reports and more) This is a site that will prove to be the most overlooked opportunities for a QSR or a Gas station. Not seeing, first hand, in person, the location and the development in the area leads to developers underestimating this site’s value. There is one main Blvd through the Town Center Development and this site in the last available corner left for development. The new AMAZON fulfillment center is less than a half block away and in direct view. The corner is blowing up with traffic since the center recently opened. In addition to the Amazon, there are beautiful upscale apartment complexes, major big box retailers and restaurants in the shopping center portion of the development, our newest hotels, and more. This corner is on the turn as you exit the Town Center on the route back to the Interstate.
