We have a development in Boonsboro, Maryland (i.e. The Preserve at Fox Gap). As seen in the attached file, there are several commercial sites available and we are more than happy to customize a site for you. We can change property lines to accommodate your needs. The round-about intersection in Ostertag Pass is complete and the rest of the roads are graded and ready for pavement and lots are permittable now and ready for delivery on June 1st. As we mentioned, we can build to suit, do a land lease or do an outright sale, whichever you prefer. Boonsboro is a fast-growing town with high growth projections in the coming years with very little available retail for its residents.
