The ±20.5-acre multifamily site is part of a larger parcel that includes a large open green space and future retail development (which is also available to acquire, or Seller will retain it). Existing zoning allows for by-right development between 20 and 24 units per acre. The entitlement process for the site is very unique. Since the project lies within the RM-24 district, the entitlement procedure is a staff review without public notice; and the CEQA Environmental Review and EIR approval has been completed.
