The Northglenn Urban Renewal Authority (NURA) is seeking proposals from development teams and/or end-users for the redevelopment of approximately 1.34 acres located at the southwest corner of Irma Drive and East 112th Avenue in Northglenn, Colorado. Together with the City of Northglenn, NURA seeks to revitalize the property in partnership with a Developer or End User. The goal is to eliminate blight by demolishing existing buildings and develop a plan that provides the highest and best use for the property. Please do not disturb the restaurant tenant.
