Two new commercial pad sites in the Walnut Grove Business Park of Midlothian are available for sale. Lot 1 fronts US HWY 287 at the NEC (Freeman Lane). Both sites adjoin the new Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care facility opened in 2022. Lot 2 fronts the intersection connecting to the BridgeWater master planned 2,000 acre development. Under construction now, BridgeWater will include 2,000 houses, 160 townhomes and 26 acres of commercial development. A new medical office building is underway on the west side of this intersection.
