Solar lease payments are as follows: Current lease payments: $687.50 per quarter currently through March 2032 then $812.50 per quarter through March 2042 then $937.50 per quarter through 2051 Lease Started July 2017 All of the land is leased, covered in solar panels, and fenced. It would not be practical to use the land for other purposes until the lease expires.
