The 25-Acre Minneola Medical Campus will be located adjacent to a new multi-phase AdventHealth hospital campus. Phase I will bring a state-of-the-art acute care facility with 80 beds, in order to serve one of Florida’s most rapidly growing counties, Lake County. As the market continues to evolve, AdventHealth plans to add an additional 60-80 beds , in order to meet market demand. Major plans have been developed for this area, including the Hills of Minneola. This massive residential and retail project coined “The Gateway Into Minneola” is under development for 4,000+ new residences, a 60-acre mixed use retail center, a regional park, and a civic site. The Minneola Medical Campus is perfectly positioned to capture patients from Minneola along with patients within 20 miles both north and south along the Florida Turnpike, all in need of more convenient healthcare.
