A parcel of land designated as employment land in the Local Plan. Previously used as a timber merchant’s yard, with two buildings remaining on site, both of which we believe are at or near the end of their useful life. There is a brick-built building with flat a roof and a timber framed building both of which are in poor condition and beyond repair.
