SUBMIT OFFERS: This is the largest single piece of residential-zoned land in Barstow with sewer/utilities and is ideally situated in the best residential area in the city. With the expected approvals of BNSF Railway's BIG (Barstow Internation Gateway) project that will add 10,000 jobs to Barstow and the proposed Chemehuevi Indian Tribe casino/hotel that will add 1,000 construction jobs and 1,000 permanent jobs and other related projects that will be built as a result of these two approvals, the city believes Barstow will double in size in the next 10 years.
