The developed portion of the site includes the John Oldacre Rural Innovation Centre (Class MA planning approval for a change of use to 5 residential units). The building, which is a converted steel frame barn with timber clad elevations, provides classrooms, teaching areas, associated facilities and a reception area. The site also includes a converted agricultural barn providing offices and workshop facility known as the Farm491 Building. Additionally, there is a parking area, disused livestock shed and two silo areas.
