The Green Building comprises 4 self-contained offices which are each let to individual tenants, along with a communal break out/kitchen area and separate male and female WC's, used by all. New double-glazed windows have recently been fitted to the offices which have a 10-year warranty. The roof has also been insulated and re-covered with a 20-year insurance back warranty.
